Need More Workout Ideas You will need to view all the videos and do the warmups, supersets, and cool down. Following this program for at least 2-3 weeks, every other day. Cardio and agility drills should be performed on off days. Make sure you read all the coaching points and info.
Preseason Workout

Remember, make sure you stay hydrated! Drink different type of liquids, regular water and low-sugar drinks often. If have a long workout make sure you drink simple carbs during your workout to keep your energy up.
Overall, make sure you workout, rest, eat good, hydrate and repeat.

Overall be a student of the sport. We are just a start of your success. You need to be involved, passionate and want to learn everything there is to know about our sport. Watch lots of video on wrestling, technique, interviews, then get out there and do it.
